Discovering my passion

My journey into the world of sound mixing began during the emergence from COVID lockdowns, where I found myself immersed in the live sound environment of a church in Melbourne. As I transitioned away from previous jobs, my newfound passion for sound became a driving force in my life. Over a span of over numerous years from 2019 to currently, I dedicated myself to serving at Fire Church in South East Melbourne, where many weekends throughout the year were spent devotedly at the media desk, where I helped out in a variety of roles, both before, during, and after lockdown periods.

With each passing service before I became a volunteer, I found myself increasingly drawn to the intricacies of sound technology, leading me to explore opportunities within the media department. This initial step opened doors to a realm I had never explored before, and since then, I have remained involved in various departments, leveraging and expanding my skills in both media and sound mixing to contribute meaningfully to the church community.
